- Creating orders
- Preliminary check of material availability in the warehouse in coordination with warehouse performance

- Coordination of a requirement profile (e.g. which devices are required, installation points, pipe routing) taking into account the respective customer requirements and wishes with the relevant contact person (e.g. planner, architect or the customer himself)
- Requesting plans and images to assess the local conditions
- Creating a coherent initial concept based on the developed requirement profile
- Creating a 3D floor plan (using visualization software) from the documents provided by the customer (plans, images)
- Checking the intended device/system positions and, if necessary, providing optimization approaches
- Calculating/dimensioning pipes as part of refrigeration/ventilation planning and creating the corresponding assembly plans
- Technical clarifications with manufacturers
- Checking and selecting suitable materials, devices and systems
- Creating System descriptions
- Creation of plans/sketches for planning offices
- Coordination and coordination with subcontractors

- Weekly and daily maintenance and if necessary adjustment of the assembly planning in our ERP system
- Dispatching the assembly team in the event of vacation or incapacity for work

- Creation of risk assessments for the respective construction sites
- Correct creation of work orders
- Coordination of appointments with customers for Project implementation
- Instruction of the assigned senior installers on the conditions of the construction site on site and before assembly begins
- Technical support for the senior installers
- Compliance with the order value/budget in relation to the calculation basis from the sale
- Monitoring of work orders
- Carrying out commissioning and acceptance appointments with customers
- Reviewing and checking the documentation for the project including handover to the customer
- Obtaining repair cost estimates for damage caused by our assembly teams
- Training and further education

- Are a state-certified technician / master of refrigeration and air conditioning technology with professional experience or a degree in engineering
- Have a driver’s license
- Have extensive technical know-how in the implementation of projects in air conditioning technology
- Have extensive experience in the support and technical management of assembly workers in small and medium-sized companies
